Warranty

Bay Area Moisture Control, Inc., warrants that if water from the walls or floor joint passes through the perimeter water control system and onto the basement floor that we will provide additional labor and materials to fix the leak at no additional charge to the homeowner. This warranty applies to the WaterGuard systems along specific areas where the system is installed only.
